Absolutely anyone who is looking for a job! The space is invite-only so all of our previous job applicants or website enquirers have been invited first. Anything you post or comment on is not publicly visible - only others in the group will be able to see. There's also the option to send private DMs too.
If you haven't used Slack before, it's super easy! All you need to do is click on the link (in the email) and create a login and you'll be able to see the space straight away. There are different channels that we've set up where we post about jobs, talk about shared experiences, or just chat about anything random! The first rule is to be kind to one another - this is a safe space.
The second rule: as little or often as you like. Our aim is to support you as much as possible, so the more you get involved, the more value we can add. It helps us to understand what you need the most so we can help you more quickly. Also, when we launch more jobs, we'll be posting them here first, so it's good to join early so you don't miss out.
Only entry-level jobs will ever exist in our community: genuinely entry-level, no experience required. We work across a range of industries, including creative, data, tech, sales, marketing and more...sometimes people can be brilliant at different things so we don't want you to miss out on something you might not have considered but could be perfect for you!
We also share stuff from other great organisations that we think could help you if you're not sure what you want to do or how to do it. Whether that's training, events, guidance or tools, we want to do what we can to help you improve your chances. So just tell us what you need and we'll get on the case!
